Dinner reservations must be made by 11/14/19. To reserve a table of 8 or 10, please specify in the notes section of the order page, or simply send an email to info@springfieldpublicforum.org. The post-dinner event will be held in the second floor ballrooms at MGM Springfield. Guests should enter MGM Springfield by way of the Valet Entrance on the first level and proceed up the escalators. The Buffet dinner also includes a complimentary glass of wine.
