"Inspiring, cutting edge, urbane" - these are some of the ways our members describe the experience of participating in a Springfield Public Forum lecture and discussion. One of the only free lecture series in the nation, the Public Forum depends upon your support. It is the generous support of community and business members that assists the Forum in maintaining our legacy of "great speakers - great discourse - free to the public" by helping to defray the ever-increasing costs associated with bringing such illustrious speakers to our community. Expenses include the rental of Symphony Hall, speaker and travel fees and printing costs.
We count on your attendance, interest in and support of the lecture series. It is your financial contribution that helps the Public Forum to continue this wonderful educational tradition free to our region.
